Our commitment has been to make a difference for the land and those who manage it. Rangelander’s focus has been to assist managers in understanding the land and its functions, then building effective plans to foster the best outcomes that are possible. Rangelander has long ascribed to the credo of the Future Farmers of America statement “I believe in the Future of Agriculture.” It is firmly believed that the future of the land, the communities and the country will be determined by well implemented agricultural operations.

 

What Makes Us Unique

The president of Rangelander has a Bachelor of Science in wildlife management from Montana State University, a Master of Science in range management from Montana State University, and a doctorate in range science with emphasis on ruminant nutrition and grazing management from Oregon State University.

 

Rangelander’s employees are universally skilled in rangeland management and the evaluation of rangelands. The skills that Rangelander brings to the table is more than 40 years of rangeland management experience and people who have worked with ranchers for the entirety of the time. Wildlife management is also an area of expertise having with more than 25 years contributing to habitat management for wildlife and big game with both the Wyoming Game and Fish and Colorado Game, Fish and Parks as well as working with ranches to achieve wildlife goals.

 

Communications is often an issue in organizations and the president of Rangelander is a trained facilitator with a wealth of experience helping solve conflicts in and among organizations and is skilled in team building to solve problems.
